God loves us & He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the price for our sins. There are no Big sins & little sins as we would like to think. We sin in our thinking, our words & in our conduct. The bible has made it clear that: "All have sinned and have come short of God's standards". Romans 3:23.
The bible has also made it clear that there is a price to be paid for our sins: "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. Romans 6:23
What Must I Do?
1. Acknowledge that I am a sinner
2. Believe that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead, after the price for our sins were
paid for, and that Jesus Christ is the Only way for us to have a relationship with
God the Father.
3. Confess Jesus Christ as your Lord & God.
Here is a suggested prayer:
Dear Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and that you came into this world & paid the price for my sins. Today I receive your forgiveness for ALL of my sins and I choose to live for you from this day forward. Give me the strenghth to honor you with my life, and I thank you for this new birth you have given to me. Amen.
